No-bake party snacks are a great option for sensitive snackers. These allergy free bites will be a surefire hit at your next backyard bash.
These snacks are free of gluten and all eight major allergens (wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs).
- Chilly grapes: Wash and dry sweet red grapes, then freeze in a large plastic bag.
- Apple chips: Bake or dehydrate thin slices of apples that have been sprinkled with cinnamon.
- Watermelon pops: Stick a popsicle stick into the base of a chilled watermelon triangle.
